Hello!

 

I sold a working Soundpoint IP 550 phone on ebay.  The new owner is claiming that it is having keypad issues - no function of buttons, or even sometimes "double keying."  How is this possible?  It worked for us with no issues whatsoever???

Hello nathan,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

Easiest via Settings => Status => Diagnostic => Test Hardware => Keypad diagnostic

Or you could ask them to lower the level for Key logging and then to get to check the logs.
