Keypad not working Soundstation IP5000

HI,

 

I have a soundstation IP5000, it's been working fine for a few months but now pretty much all the key apart from the 'Answer', 0, * & # keys have stopped working so I am unable to make any calls on it.  Is this likely to be a hardware issue?

Hello nk1,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This sounds like the unit is defective but you usually can use the Settings => Status => Diagnostic menu to check the Keypad etc.

 

Please work with your Polycom reseller to get this RMA'ed.

Thanks for the response, the menu button does not work so unbale to go to the settings menu.  I will arrange for an RMA, thanks.
