After a successful language change to french on a IP 7000 unit the unit works correctly until a reboot.  On reboot a message of insuffisant file space appear an option of fix appear.  After the fix button is apply the unit revert to blank and to English. The unit is running uploader 5.0.8.0935 with SIP version 4.0.10.0568

problerm fix... the provisionning FTp server account did not have the write permission only read!  So the change of language was done on the unit but not register on the server.

Hello Guy Provost,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I knew this on older versions but since UC Software 4.0.9 this should have been fixed.

 

Is this a bit more complex configuration and how to you reboot the phone to trigger this?
