Hi, i have a strange BLF issue

VVX600, Color keypannel, SIP/Broadsoft, UC 5.6.1.1740

 

In Broadsoft i asign the maximum of 50 BLF entries, the screen stays blank. I figured out, the maximum entries what works is 36. After 37, the screen go blank.

What i allready did is make an modification in the Cisco router, swith off virtual-reassembly on the LAN interface and the Dialer.

(Before that, the maximum BLF fields are 23)

Tried turn of storm filter but no success

 

Does anyone know what the problem is?

Hi, problem is solved, it was some settings in the Cisco

 

Its important to use the "no ip virtual-reassembly in" on all interfaces

Don't usa a traffic shaper!

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

In the past MTU issues may had a similar result but we really need this in support to check for the root cause.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

Hi,

The MAC address of the phone is 0004F27F2BC5

I think the distribitor is Siphon but i'm not sure

Go Telecom B.V. sold this unit back in 26/04/2016 but Siphon is a service provider who can open tickets with Polycom directly.

 

Please get this to Siphone and then post the ticket number here so I get my team to pick this up.

I only have the Siphon support ID

 

[Siphon Support - 22445]

 

Problem was on all types of Cisco router used with a fiber line, in my case a Cisco 881 (Cisco 1921 also have the same problem)
