Line Key Configuration web utility not populating

Our company has VVX 400 and VVX 600's throughout.  When we add Busy Lamp extensions to our phone screens, which is successful, they do not remain in the web utility.  We cannot modify, sort or remove the lines we've added.  We use the web interface to add the Static BLF but once we type in the fields and save, the lines are added to the phone, but the white boxes in the online portal are blank.  I've attached pics to give a visual.

In my case, my phone is:

VVX 600

UC Version 5.0.1.4068

BootROM Version 5.2.1.3271

 

Does anyone know how we get the online interface to sync with the BLF's on the phone?

UC Software 5.0.1 is no longer a currently supported version.

 

Please use UC Software 5.9.1 instead
