Hi,

The Ringcentral Polycom phone we use has been working fine for almost a year. This morning however, it began dropping in and out of registered and unregistered. It will be working fine for about 5 minutes, then drop to an unregistered line. This has never happened before, and we haven't messed with our network at all. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Just to give further information, when I check the status -> line, the phone shows as connected to the sip server, lists it as registered with my name, but also has a countdown as to when the line will go unregistered. Weird.

With whom are you registring it?

Share FW version of phone and modal as well

Hello klopklop,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Timer is normal as the Register request contains an Expires header that designates the length of the current registration
