We're using VVX 450s with Zoom phone service, currently the handset displays the name on LineKey 1 of the user signed in, I'm wondering is there a way to display the user's *extension* as well? In other words, rather than just showing "John Doe" it shows "John Doe - 456". It doesn't have to be in the LineKey field, I'm happy to show the extension anywhere on the phone display if anyone knows how?

Hello @smichelson ,
no there is not. I suggest you work with Zoom support to get this added to their platform.
Best Regards

Hello @smichelson ,
Welcome back to the Poly community.
Some or a couple of your old post(s) or reply(s) to them => here <= are still open/pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provide some form of feedback or answer.
If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.
Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate?
If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilize the community more efficiently. Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.
For your new issue check for:
<web lcl.status.LineInfoAtTop="1"
lcl.status.LineInfoAtTopText="Any Text or Number"/>
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

This is great, next question...is there a way to *dynamically* assign the value of "lcl.status.LineInfoAtTopText"? For example, is there a way to get the value of the extension number for a given handset and set that as the value? Something like lcl.status.LineInfoAtTopText=<phoneHandsetExtensionNumber>
