Hi all,

Iam trying to create custom softkey for simplified user login. I dont need from user to input password and need to keep as simple as possible. I have VVX 301 with 5.6 firmware.

User should press Login then add 3 digit user number and the login should be done automatically. Password can be same as user number or some predefined.

Is it possible to do this using EFK macros? Because i need the input from the prompt to be used also as login and password (if its not possible to reuse the same value then some default can be used as password).

The goal is to simplify login to agent as much as possible because he didnt need to press multiple buttons on old SIP phones to log in.

I tried to log in with ServerACDSignIn. Its working but it only logins the last logged user. When i tried to create prompt and send it to SignIn like this : $P1N3$$FServerACDSignIn$ it will log in as last user and then call number i added in prompt.

What to do if i want to log in as user in prompt, with same or different password.

Hello @martin.ilavsky,

The EFK Prompt functionality is to input and gather data to be dialed and I do not believe it can be used for parsing an entry into a menu.

Please check the relevant Admin Guide for details on Prompt Macro Substitution
