Logs on provisioning server (HTTPS)



I am using SPIP_601 with firmware 2.2.2. Phone is provisioned via remote server using HTTPS protocol.


In file MAC.cfg i am righting LOG_FILE_DIRECTORY="/logs"(before i created a folder "logs" in provisioning directory), but the phone is not giving me logs to this directory, and its not giving me logs at all.

could you ensure that you follow up your previous question if they fixed you issue to mark as a solution so other users can profit from this ?


Did you check if you are actually allowing on that HTTP Server for the phone to "PUT" a file on that directory ?


Did you do a wireshark trace to check if the Phone is trying to send the file?
