When a user doesnt have a delegate they get a reject button, which sends an incoming call directly to voicemail.
Is there a way to reject an incoming call and have it go to voicemail immediately for a user who has a delegate and has simultaneous ring enabled? At the moment they only get a dismiss button, which stops it ringing on their phone but the call still rings on the delegate's phone.
I am not aware of a manual way to add a Boss Reject VM Softkey so the next step should be for you to get in touch with your Polycom reseller and request a Feature request.
