How to trace log file for auto logout issue?

I download the clg log but can't open it. 

using readlog.exe to decode.

 

there have five cx300 but only one of them have this issue.

The Polycom CX300 like the CX200 and CX100 is a simple USB Audio Device with no additional features. Itself it will not sign in or out of LYNC as all these actions come from the LYNC Client.

 

The LYNC Client is provided, supported and maintained by our partner Microsoft®.

 

The same is accountable for the CX500.CX600,CX700 and CX3000 as they are running a Microsoft provided operating system.

You therefore may want to reach out to the Microsoft® community and / or Microsoft® support directly instead as this is the most direct and efficient path.

Polycom and other manufacturers produce these optimized for Microsoft® Lync® devices after a reference design and the embedded OS running on the phones is provided, supported and maintained by our partner Microsoft®.
