Lync Directory not working in VVX 500 with firmware UCS 5.0.1-4068 - Lync 2010

 

We have upgraded the firmware for VVX 500 phones to UCS 5.0.1.4068 , but could not make the Lync directory working  in this particular setup.

 

We are able to make it  working in other Lync setup in other sites

 

One difference that we noticed is the Authentication Type :  shows NTLM  instead  of TLS-DSK  in this setup here.

Where you able make out anything from error logs ?  Is this something to do with Lync Certificates ?

Its outside the scope of the community and needs to be worked via you reseller and/or Polycom support directly.
