Hi,

 

Testing on the VVX 500 with Lync Server 2013. When I search for a user called Debbie, the results are blank but it looks like there is a match because it doesnt say "no contacts". It also disaplys the soft keys for Dial,Encoding,View,Add to contacts as though it did find a match.

 

If I search for a user called "Ted" (We don't have anyone called Ted). It displays no contacts..

 

Tested on UCS 5.4.0.5841 and UCS 5.3.1.0436

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Just like for your contact / directories softkey post => here <= and the below explained issue I would like you to raise this via your Polycom reseller so we can look at this in support.

 

So far I have not heard of these yet and please provide the Polycom Ticket reference starting with 1- once received from your reseller.
