Hello,

 

Some users of a customer using VVX in UCS 5.3 are randomly (sometimes after several hours) disconnected from their Lync account on the phone.

This user has been disconnected arround 10:58:00.

During the disconnection, IP has not been lost (the PC which is connected behind the phone has not been disconnected).

 

Any idea about why I have the following message :

It works fine (no disconnection) for 90% of the other users.

This needs a bit more detailed logs so please work with your Polycom reseller to bring this to the attention of Polycom support.
