Making a conference call.

How do I make a conference call from my Polycom IP 7000.  I have set the phone up and I can make a call, I then press the conference button and get another dial tone and dial another number.  After this I can't seem to be able to join all the calls together.  What buttons should I press and in what order do I need to do this to bring all the callers together.

Using Mitel 3300 PBX and verizon links. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks
