hi,

I'm trying to program the Message key on my 650 so that it goes directly to Voicemail mailbox.

When I press the message key it displays urgent, new or old.

 

I was able to program it on the 550, I have the same settings on the 650.

any idea

Hello NCAKK,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The first place you should consider checking are the logs of the Phone on the Provisioning Server.

 

In addition it is also helpful for others if you post the current Software Version and possibly the part of the configuration that you used to archive the working solution on the SPIP550.
