Hello,
My MWI light is not turning ON when customers leave a message. Nothing has changed in our environment. I've got about 30 of these same VXX410 models, and they all have the same firmware running with no other issues. Firmware version: 5.5.1.11526. Please help! I even got desperate and factory reset the phone and still no luck! What could be wrong?

welcome to the Polycom Community.
UC Software 5.5.1 is no longer supported so please update to at least UC Software 5.7.2

Resolution: Please check => here <=
The above shows how you can check the Phones log for the MWI message which would enable the MWI light.
The next step after this is to open a support ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
