We are experiencing the same issue.

Microphone gain has somehow gone through the roof and is picking up every little sound that's around it. This is also causing interference with the call itself. Once the sound is picked up, it cuts off the audio while the noise is occurring (it could be something as simple as a chair squeaking), so it makes it appear to be a one way audio issue.

There is nothing connected to the phone itself. No headset, no handset or external microphone of any kind. This happens when you use the speakerphone and are broadcasting in an open, carpeted room with no intake/outake fans that are loud.

I'm not seeing any settings within the device itself that allows control of the microphone gain.

Suggestions? Advice?
