Hi Steffen,

 

The corporate directory via Microsoft AD is working in term of i can search the user name based on, first 3 letter, last name or first name. But the problem, i can't dial the person because there was not dial softkey available. Also there were not phone numbers appeared behind the name. The item appeared was first and last name. Can you let me know what are the missing things in configurations?

Hello Sisob,

 

my initial reply had a FAQ post linked which also contains a link to a technical bulletin explaining how to troubleshoot LDAP issues.

 

Most likely the attribute you selected for the phone number does not match your LDAP infrastructure.

 

You can use the Phone logs or a Wirehark trace to troubleshoot this.

I will check based on Tech Bulletin you provided. But just one question, the dial softkey didn't appeared, this caused of firmware or missing attribute?

not even knowing what version of Software you are using I am unable to answer this. Most likely the missing attribute is causing this.
