We are running 4.0.11.0583 software on 2 Polycom 450s. Each phone has 2 lines with a shared call appearance of the other (not an MCA) Currently when a call comes in to the phones and is answered by one phone, the other phone does not show a "received call" or a "missed call". There is no indication there was ever a call. In reading this short document on the VVX300 there should be a way to provision those phones to show a RECEIVED call when the other phone answers. http://documents.polycom.com/topics/168971 Not sure how do set this up though and if the same provisioning can be applied with this software/hardware. TIA for any help.

Hello

We support the RFC call answered elsewhere which allows the phone to remove calls from the lists. Not having seen any SIP signalling of the calls you describe I can only guess.

I am the SIP provider. What would you like to see in the SIP messaging? Everything was woking as expected with regard to the missed calls in software version 4.0.1, but we upgraded due to some bugs and seems we've lost the "missed call" on SCA.
