I have a litlle problem and I can't find the answer. I cann the receptionist with my cell phone. She see my callerid (10 digits). The transfer the call using an assisted transfer to user B. User B see the Callerid of the receptionnist on his phone. The receptionnist hangup because she change her ind and don't want to assist the transfer anymore.
The callerid on user B is updated (Connected Party Identification) to my 10 digits mobile number. If user B doesn't answer the phone, the miss call logs will display the receptionnists extension but not my 10 digits number.
Using Asterisk 11.X and Polycom 5.4 on VVX phone.

5.4 is not a correct software number as we have 184.108.40.20641 or 220.127.116.1182
I would need so see a wireshark trace of the signalling to verify this but for myself this is outside the scope of what I can offer via the community.
You can post it and maybe another member looks at it but if nobody answers the next step is to raise a ticket with Polycom support via your reseller.

For sure the Polycom phone is receiving the callerid update because while it's ringing, we can see the 10 digits caller id after the receptionnist hangup. The problem is the Polycom phone is not using this new information to store in the miss call logs.

I have been able to raise this as a features request to Polycom. For the moment, they are saying they don't have any request except from me for this features. Anyone else having the same problem that me ?
I have the exact same issue. Also when the call is picked up from Park. It shows the proper Caller ID but it's not reflected anywhere in call log. Have you beed abel to find the solutuon?
