I am using a VVX 601 with a VVX Color Expansion Module on 5.6.0.17325

 

I have tried to mix BLF and SpeedDial on the Expansion Module but cannot get it to work. I can get all BLF or all SpeedDial - but no mixing of category.

 

Is this doable? Or a least on another page of the Expansion Module?

Hello DanTroxel,

The community can only work if you provide some kind of feedback, logs or example configuration. Not doing this will leave us guessing what you have tried and how.

 

I suggest you open a support ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
