I've recently upgrade a few lab phones to 126.96.36.19907. When one of my BLF monitored users receives a call, the portion of my screen that shows the date and time goes blank (I have spontaneous call appearance turned off). My in-service 3.3.2 phones do not exhibit this behavior. Is this a known issue and/or is there a workaround?

I think I have seen a similar issue but would recommend to work with your Polycom Reseller to bring this to the Attention of the Polycom Support team.
