Muffled voice from other line (Soundstation IP 6000)

Muffled voice is heard when using the device for Google Meeting. Also, muffled from the other line.

 

Actions taken (not solved): 

-Rebooted device

-Unplugged/Plugged network cable

For your post, the above was not provided. Is this a brand new SoundStation or is this a used unit that worked at some point?

 

What SIP server or Service is being used? Can you call another extension on the same server and does this work?

This is a used unit currently being used but its just having the muffled audio quality issue. Everything else is working properly, the only issue is the audio quality during Google Meetings.

Hello @cmendoza ,

 

You still have not provided us, volunteers, with a lot to troubleshoot as you have not answered the questions. 

 

It works OK calling other numbers but not calling Google voice?

 

If yes then I suggest you check the FAQ:

Compare if this is using a different codec for example.
