To enable music on hold on VVX500, is below the correct parameter to set?
<feature.moh feature.moh.filename="" feature.moh.enabled="0"/>
Where should I place the music file?
Also, I can see an option to enable on touch voice mail from phone's web GUI, but could not find this option on the features.cfg file. Can you tell me? Thanks.
Shawn

Hello Shawn,
just to follow up these parameters are currently not used and will be active in a future release.
Please check new release logs for these.

Hello Shawn,
the MOH feature was introduced as a parameter in UCS 4.1.2 but I am unsure if this is yet active.
This functionality is meant for providing a local MoH in a LYNC environment and I recommend to raise a case with your local Polycom support to receive more details.
As far as I understand a Wav or compatible other file would be placed on the provisioning server.
I suspect the functionality is not yet active in the release UCS 4.1.2 code but the parameter was already placed into the features file.
Any changes made to the Phone via the Web Interface will result in a <mac>-web.cfg file being uploaded to the provisioning server and will contain the changed parameter.
up.oneTouchVoiceMail="1"
