I have a big problem with the mute LED's on PolyTrio 8300 and 8800.

 

If I'm using the mute function, something goes wrong with the LED's. The LED's are still lighting, If I'm unmuting the call. The call is unmuted, but the LEDs remain lit. This confuses the customer and they cannot visually distinguish whether the function is activated or not. I hang up the call, but the LEDs light up permanently. I have set the parameter feature.persistentMute.enabled="1" and that also didn't solve my problem.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.
