New to Ploycom

I am new to Ploycom and I am lost when it comes to configuring the phones, especially the soft keys and background.  I see where a custom script is needed but how do I access the place where the script is located?  Also, the default images that come with the SoundPoint IP 550/650 phones, all I can shose is the flower, the other images when selected has an error of "File not found".  Any advice?
