No incoming calls on SoundStation IP 6000

Hi

 

I'm having trouble setting up my SoundStation IP 6000.

 

The phone will make an out going call but not incoming.

 

Can only help? with any setting that needs to be changed?

 

The SIP account is working. I can make and receive calls on zoiper

Above explains how you can check the registration status of the phone.

 

It would be interesting if the unit is registered correctly. In order to receive an incoming call certain ports need to be open.

 

You may want to work with your network team on this.
