One of our VVX 601's has two line's configured. If person is on either line 1 or line 2 and the other line has a call coming into it, the display doesn't change and indicate that another call is coming into the phone. Should show call and answer or reject button. Any idea how to turn this on? Other phones in office work fine. Running 220.127.116.1154

First of all you are running a software that is no longer supported.
You should be running UC Software 5.7.0 or if later UC Software 5.6.1
If you need to stay on 5.4.x then at least use the latest software 5.4.7
I suggest you simply backup the configuration of a working phone and compare it with the non working phone via the web interface:
Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Phone Backup > Phone Backup

I did download and compare configuration with another phone of same type. I did not notice any difference. To fix this I just replaced the troubled phone with another phone. I think it was just a setting in the phone but I couldn't find what it was.
