Off Hook - Contacts Button (Lync)

Hi,

 

The Contacts Button appears to be very temperamental.. that is, it sometimes isnt there and won't come back until a factory reset and deletion of the phones "-phone.cfg" file on the provisioning server.

 

I also have phones that say "Contacts" and others that say "Directory" ... 

 

VVX 500

5.3.1.0436

Lync Server 2013

 

I've attached screen shots..

 

Is the button controlled by some setting that I can't find in the admin guide?

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Just like for your LYNC directory search post => here <= and the below explained issue I would like you to raise this via your Polycom reseller so we can look at this in support.

 

So far I have not heard of these yet and please provide the Polycom Ticket reference starting with 1- once received from your reseller.

As stated by Chris this was raised as a service Ticket and should be fixed in the next 5.4.1 release.

 

I cannot publicly provide a release date for this until it is released so if you require this urgently please raise a support ticket via your Polycom reseller.
