Anyone can explain how to open a support case through web?
A partner of us sent an ee director which is not partially working. This device has 2 year premier support which is still valid.
I work in a distributor, we sold this device via a partner.

End Customers can only open a Support ticket via the Polycom reseller the unit has been purchased through.
Can you provide me with the serial number so I can look this up ?
Both the Codec and the Camera serials.
