Is it possible to display the phones caller id instead of the phone number? CUrrently when the phone is idle it will show the full phone number. I want to change it so it will display the allocated caller ID.
VVX 410 running 5.4.1 (sorry in advance if you need more info)

Hello BSMAJoJa,
If you follow this post => here <= and then simply use the:
reg.1.label=
Or via the Web Interface use the Label parameter you can write anything you want. This can either be a DDI or the whole number.

Hello BSMAJoJa,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The Display String can be used to modify the displayed number.
A future version will have a free text field but due NDA I am unable to comment when this will be released.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
