Hi all,

 

Can someone of the community confirm that outbound dialling to a lync response group is not support with the current UCS firmware realease ?

 

Any idea/info about the availaibility of this essential feature ?  Did someone find any workaround ?

Correct, technically there is no Response Group support in the current 4.0.x release of UCS firmware for the Lync-supported phones.  The fact that inbound RGS calls work are because the signaling is no different but the 4.0.x release was not tested with RGS or many other features.

 

The upcoming release will fully support Lync Response Groups (both inbound and outbound calls) among a host of additional features.  Additional details will be available when the release is made public.
