I have multiple IP450 units. When making outgoing calls it does not ring. It does connect if the other line picks up. Just no outgoing ring.

Its usually a good starting point to provide the currently used software version and maybe also the call platform.
Have you tried a call between two of the phones internally?
Is this something new or that has just started?
