I have a Trendnet TPE-S44

I am connecting it directly to a soundpoint 550 but it will not power the phone.  The spces appear to be in line with the phones requirements but it will not work.

 

The same switch powered three Lg-nortel phone i previously had with no problem.

 

am i doing something wrong?

 

Does anyone have a low priced switch that they know works with the soundpoint 550 Phone?
