Pairing VX600 with Bragi Dash Pro

I have a VX 600 (running - which my phone claims is updated) but it does not discover my Bragi Dash Pro BT headphones in pairing mode. It has no problem discovering other devices, including a cheap pair of Mpows or my colleague's Airpods.

I found another high end headphones, the Bose, having similar here ( but that seems to have been resolved with a SW update to 5.5.

Bragi claims their Dash Pro is A2DP compatible ( An older model Bragi The Headphone claims to support HandFree v1.6 and Headset v1.2 so imagine this one does as well (
