I have a VX 600 (running 5.4.5.6840 - which my phone claims is updated) but it does not discover my Bragi Dash Pro BT headphones in pairing mode. It has no problem discovering other devices, including a cheap pair of Mpows or my colleague's Airpods.

I found another high end headphones, the Bose, having similar here (https://community.polycom.com/t5/VoIP-SIP-Phones/VVX-601-bluetooth-pairing-cannot-discover-Bose-QC35...) but that seems to have been resolved with a SW update to 5.5.

Bragi claims their Dash Pro is A2DP compatible (https://support.bragi.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003121785-The-Dash-Pro-Technical-Specifications). An older model Bragi The Headphone claims to support HandFree v1.6 and Headset v1.2 so imagine this one does as well (https://support.bragi.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000132569-The-Headphone-Technical-Specifications).

Hello @BTphones,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The new feature for certain headset Bluetooth profiles was added as already noted in 5.5.0 or later.

Please upgrade your software:
