Hello,
I have just received the Trio 8800. I want to display my desktop during a videoconference with the soft 'People + content IP'. under Macro Sierra (10.12.5).
After connecting my polycom phone to my Mac via USB, launching the 'People + IP content' application and validating the IP addresses on the polycom phone, the following message appeared: '' '''People + content IP : People+Content IP is not able to connect to the video conference.'"

After I have connected my polycom Phone on my Mac , launch the soft 'People + content IP' and then valid the IP adresss on the polycom phone the the fllowing message is displayed '''People + content IP : People+Content IP is not able to connect to the video conference.'"
After launching the "People + content IP" application and connecting my polycom phone to my Mac via USB, then pressing the "connect" button, the "People + Content IP" software crashed.
Do you have a solution to these problems? Thank you in advance.

welcome back to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
The above is also stated in the "Must Read First"

Hello MD_IAP,
I am nowhere near a Trio at present so I cannot test my MacBook Air running macOS Sierra 10.12.5.
I suggest you log a ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

Hello MD_IAP,
I jsut tried this and there is no need to enter any IP if you simply connect the USB cable between the Trio and the MAC.
Simply press the play button and it displays your local Mac's display on the Visual+ connected screen.
If this still fails I suggest you raise a ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.
