Hi Guys

 

We have a strange issue with a VVX400 occasionally when there is an incoming call the screen flashes for about 5 seconds before it starts to ring.

 

any idea why this is happening?

we are running asterisk pabx

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

It may also be useful to attach a video.

How is the phone powered ? PoE or power supply?
