I am facing issue with my Polycom VVX 310 where by configuring static IP for my phone, and connecting it to the access switch to the gateway, I am able to register and perform phone calls However, upon disconnecting the phone for some time (more than 2 hours) and reconnecting back to the same network with the same phone static IP, the phone will face register fail issue and will only able to register after disconnected for 2 weeks.
Kindly please advise is there any othe rclient who faced the similar issue? Might this could be related with the dhcp lease time configured in the Cisco routers?
