Greetings,
We're using Microsoft Lync Server with Polycom phones to provide VoIP within our organization.
Issue#1
We have installed Lync client for users , they started using " Add Contact to Favorite " .. but the issue is Phone will automatically call random contact which been added to phone display.
Issue#2
Some users phones will answer call automatically put it on speakers..
Additional Information: we're using latest firmware & configuring the phones thru Provisioning Server.
Any idea about cause of this issues ? How I could solve it.
Thanks on advance.

Hello Sultan,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to provide details what you class as the latest software as months/years down the line nobody will be able to determine that based on the statement.
If you are using LYNC please be aware of the following:
Please be aware of the following when utilizing UCS 4.1.0 or later:
The use of Polycom UC Software versions 4.1.X (“Software”) requires the purchase of a separate Software license for every device that will use the Software in a Lync environment. You may not install, access, or use the Software in a Lync environment on more devices than are listed on your license until additional licenses have been purchased and authorized by Polycom. These licenses should be purchased from the same company from which you purchased the devices. You may operate devices against a Lync server for trial purposes for up to 30 days without purchasing a license. Use of the Software is subject to the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement.
Polycom reserves the right to audit your deployment to verify that you have sufficient licenses to match the number of devices being used.
In regards of phantom dialing numbers I can only advise you to contact your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

I just wanted to add to this issue. My company does PBX hosting and we sell Polycom phones to our customers.
We have had a large amount of issues with the phones doing exactly what is described in the OP.
We do not use LYNC either, but have this happening non stop with some customer phones.
Some phones are making the same call 500 times by itself over a weekend when nobody is there to stop it.
It seems almost like there is a bad batch of phones (as most of our problem phones are recent sales). As if there was a short in the top left of the screen (which could kind of reproduce these 2 issues).
I also found another forumn post with this same issue:
http://community.polycom.com/t5/VoIP/VVX-600-phantom-screen-touchs/td-p/36076
Seems like there is a bigger issue going on, and would like to help pinpoint it down - as it has been causing a huge headache for us.
