Phone rejects the call.

Hi,

 

Our PBX setting is set to ring the phone for 1 hour. But the phone(polycom 601) rejects the call after 1 min.

Please ensure that you check the SIP Admin Guide matching your phones software before posting.

 

The latest Admin Guide for SIP 3.1.8 is SIP 3.1
