Hi,

 

 

 

 

We used  PolycomVVX-VVX_500-UA/4.0.1.13922 for our business center. These phones are connected to an IP PBX. Our problem is some phones will ring (only one ring), then phone gets back to idle status again.

 

We could monitor sip on the Asterisk side to check the cause of this "1 ring issue", but can I have a suggestion on how to set the logging for the sip dialogue on the phone. Also, are there any other cause for the phone to ring other than an inbound call?

In addition I would suggest you use a more current Software for the VVX.

 

There is UCS 4.0.4, UCS 4.1.5 or even UCS 5.0.0
