 Does anyone know of a vendor on Maui that can provide tech support for Polycom on Maui?  We are having some difficulties on Maui with our Polycom.  Not sure if it's hardware or software settings.

Hello, are you looking for Solution Advisors?  

 

On the www.polycom.com website, there is a partner locator tool (from top navigation, mouse over "Partners", there are some locator info in the second column called "Find a Partner".

 

The direct url of the partner locator tool is:

http://www.polycom.com/partners/find-a-partner/partnerlocator.html

 

I have tried to search for partners in Hawaii.  If I put City = Honolulu, I see a few search results show up.  Want to give it a try?

 

Or, maybe try contacting the support team and see if they can point you to the right direction...
