It should have a different HW revision. Who did you do the RMA with? Polycom directly?

 

Both the Box and the Phone should have a C1 HW revision.

Hi Steffen,

 

yes, the phone was RMA'd via the Poly support and the Amsterdam EMEA center.

 

The box says Revision C actually , while the Homescreen of the device after a HTTPS logon says Revision A?

Hu, there it get's wild:

 

The white label on the lower right back says "Revision B"....?? Although the serial number matches the label on the box.
