Poly CCX500 provisioning via Poly Lens


Poly CCX500 provisioning via Poly Lens


According to there is a way to register CCX500 to Poly Lens Service. I tried to use Provisioning Server field for Poly CCX500 phone to point to (including username and password) and don't see any new devices registrations. Does Poly have a document with step-by-step instructions which explains how to register Poly CCX500 to Poly Lens?

Logs to check if for example the DHCP Option is being sent:


Settings > Logging > Module Log Level Limits > DHCP Client > Event 1

Settings > Logging > Module Log Level Limits > CURL > Event 3
Settings > Logging > Module Log Level Limits > Copy Utilities > Event 3


Reboot the phone


Diagnostics > View & Download Logs > UCS Application > Export
