Due to current conditions all of our buildings are at reduced capacities and our conference rooms are not being utilized as much. So for the time being I set the "User Detection Sensitivity Settings" to 0 for office and off hours so that the user detection is disabled for all of our C60s (if someone needs to use the phone they just touch the display).
The issue is that w/UC 7.0.0.4225 the phones will not consistently come out of power saving mode, even after touching the display numerous times.
When I roll the phone back to to UC 5.9.5.3066 the problem doesn't exist.
Hello jbass@srcinc ,
Welcome back to the Poly Community.
An issue like this should be reported via our official support organisation as the Community has no direct connection to this.
In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.
End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
