I see there are two models of the C60

2200-86240-025

2200-86240-019

Is openSIP and Microsoft Teams supported on the 2200-86240-019? Does the firmware allow me to select what I want to use?

Hello @Phone_Guy ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

I just added this to link to our knowledgebase:

Aug 27, 2021 Question: Why do I not see the different Base Profile modes offered when factory resetting /OOB / Out Of Box wizard a Poly device?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

To answer your question here for 019 SKU:

To change to any different partner or mode either:

  • use a Provisioning Server / PDMS-SP / Poly Lens using the device.baseProfile
    or
  • Once the Mode has been manually changed to Skype for Business via the UI Navigate to Settings > Advanced > Administration Settings > Network Configuration and scroll down to Base Profile select one of the Partner Base Profile Mode’s offered in this menu
    or
  • In Microsoft Teams Mode Settings > Device Settings > Admin Only > Profile and select one of the Partner Base Profile Mode’s offered in this menu

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
