Poly Trio Passthrough Software

Hello Steffen,

 

I updated my Poly Trio 8800 to the newest version 5.9.1.10419.  

 

I saw at the release notes that the feature of using Poly Trio Passthrough Software is in experimental mode. 

 

I downloaded the app, configuring my Trio with the appropriate settings according to release notes but it doesn't work. 

 

I would like to inform me about this if it is on a premature level and is not oficially supported.

 

Attached you will find in a zip file the app logs of the application and also the allsettings.cfg and devicesettings.cfg of my Trio.

Could I kindly ask you not to address a new post directly to myself as other people may be put off answering this?
