Poly USB Pass-through installer on TRIO USB Drive

Is there a possibility to upload / provide the Poly Trio USB Pass-through installer on the Polycom Trio 8800/8500 itself? So that a user can get the installation file from the USB drive provided once the USB cable is connected.

To provide the installer to external guests in our meeting rooms without them have to download the installer from internet or an other location.

Re: Poly USB Pass-through installer on TRIO USB Drive

Hello @m0119975 ,

An End User cannot at this so it would need to be part of the software which as explained requires a feature request.

Re: Poly USB Pass-through installer on TRIO USB Drive

Hello @m0119975 ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Everything that currently is not part of the software would require a feature request.

Jan 03, 2013 Question: How can I request a change aka feature request to the current Polycom SIP / UC Software?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Re: Poly USB Pass-through installer on TRIO USB Drive

Hi @SteffenBaierUK,

Thx for the fast reply.
Must I conclude from the fact that you mention the change/feature request that it isn't possible at the moment?

Best regards.
