Hello,

I am using a fusionPBX and have Poly phones both VVX 500 and VVX 230

The VVX 500 work fine.  The VVX 230 will place outgoing calls, are registered but will not accept incoming.  Looking at the logs there will be an Invite a Trying and then a 436 Busy.

Attached is a copy of the config template that was used for autoprovision.  All phone are on the same network.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
David

Hello @DM_NW ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

Just as an FYI, based on your other topic and the response to it, posting within this community is not raising a ticket. Posting here will leave you at the mercy of other enthusiasts responding or not. If you require support please work with your reseller.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier

I understand,

I am working with my reseller to get a Poly contract so I can post a ticket.  In the meantime I have posted here in case someone else has experienced this and resolved it.

All the best,
David
